Supplement.sc (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates supplement.sc and the Supplement.sc store at OJ Mall, First Floor, Unit 21, Mahe, Seychelles. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, and how we use it.
What we collect
To reserve an order for collection, we ask for your name, mobile number, email address, and an account password. When you place an order we also store the products, quantities and order notes you provide. We do not collect payment card details through this website — every order is Pay on Collection, settled in person at the store.
How we use it
- To hold your order and prepare it for collection
- To email you when your order is ready, and to send your pickup code
- To let you sign in and view your order history in My Account
- To contact you if there is a problem with stock or your order
Who can see it
Your order and account details are visible to Supplement.sc staff who prepare and hand over orders. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Order data may be processed by our hosting provider and email delivery service solely to operate this website.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to remember what’s in your cart and to keep you signed in to My Account. These are functional cookies required for the store to work, not advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time; we may need to keep basic order records where required by law.

You can view or update your details any time from My Account. To request a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete it, email darrel@supplement.sc or call 2515333.
